You're Hurting Me

Purpose: to accurately explain the unfortunate situation some law enforcement officers are placed in due to some of their peers....I hope the future, we won't fear ones who supposed to protect and serve as well as build better relationships with them...

You put your badge on, 
You have to ask yourself, 
Are you ready? 

For the stereotypes and strong feelings, 
People have for you, 
Already, 

And try to escape the mental possibilities, 
Of your family missing thee, 
Next breathtaking moments with you, 
Because you ignore the truth, 
Some people in the world look to destroy you, 
Because the bad actions of a few, 
Who lives are blue
